Makes a decent 16 oz cup of 170 degree coffee in under 5 minutes. Simple to use, easy to clean. First the stats: It takes exactly 4 minutes, 30 seconds to get a cup of coffee. That’s from water in, until it’s done. The water comes out at 170 degrees F.
Makes weak coffee. I love the idea of this coffee maker. I already own the Black and decker Brew and Go and was looking forward to this one. I like the height of the cups that can be used in this coffee pot vs the Black and Decker. Most “go” mugs are too tall for the Black and Decker. I was looking forward to being able to use my other cups with this one.
Excellent for the low price, works great! This is mostly plastic, light weight, but pretty solid and seems to be of good quality. You simply wash the basket, filter, and mug. Run a couple of cycles of plain water through to clean the main unit, and you are ready to go. The instructions are fairly good, you may have to study them a bit, but good diagrams.
