Poor Quality Received item with the paint chipped and the mug was not the same quality as other 14 oz mugs by the same maker, also the color of green for slytherin is way off. It came only wrapped in bubble wrap instead of being boxed like every other mug i got from this maker so i dont know if it is a knock off or what but i am returning the product
Good quality mug Good quality mug, nice customer service. Was not expecting that much from a mug with a cheap price tag but the design is decently detailed and covers the entire mug. Comes in a nice box that keeps it from getting broken. I ordered this and a Ravenclaw as house warming gifts for a new apartment and I’m happy I did.At first I was sent a defective mug, the pattern was printed upside down.
