Cheaply Made I guess it was hand painted because the white star in the middle had red and blue marks on it that made it look like a 4 year old painted it. The lines weren’t crisp and clear either, very poorly painted over the lines and it looked very poorly made. I couldn’t give it as a christmas gift like I wanted, I had to return it
