Novelty item, poor packaging, good luck! I liked the concept of the mug. Very cool.What was not cool is,The person I gave it to used it about 4 times, before the decal started lifting up from hand washing, because directions when ordering stated it was not dishwasher safe. (You should not put in microwave either.)I had to return the mug due to decal coming off.I ordered a 2nd mug, as a replacement. Part of Artwork fell off Don’t put cup into freezer. This was a purchase for my 8yr old son who is an avid star wars fan. It worked as it was supposed to until my husband left it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, the art work became brittle and fell right off. So now it’s a white coffee mug with little traces of of the previous black artwork that used to be there. A warning regarding low temps should have been included in the description of this product.
It really works and is quite awesome! Bought this for bosses day. Her previous Star Wars mug was accidentally broken at work. She loves this one and has received compliments on it. The light sabers really do light up! Of course we had to test it before giving it to her. The only downside, if you would consider it one, is itâs just standard size, not oversized. Oversized would be better but not everyone likes oversized mugs.
