Overall it’s a fun cup. I bought this as a gift for my niece who loves Harry Potter anything. I decided to open the package before giving it to her to make sure it did what it was supposed to do. I filled the cup with hot water and it started to darken, but it’s still slightly transparent. I guess I expected it to completely blacken. See the photos. Overall it’s a fun cup.
