Hit and miss I ordered this and the cup initially came damaged and unusable. So 0/5 stars for that. However, I was given a replacement within a week, which I’m very happy about. So 5/5 for that. The downside is that the lid doesn’t fit quite right. I drink my coffee just a little hotter than room temp but if you like your coffee/tea/beverage HOT do NOT purchase this. It dribbles a little bit.
Great Quality, Super Cool! This mug is seriously well made. It’s very sturdy and heavy, and I used it for a while to hold pens, but it’s back in my cabinet with the rest of the mugs currently. It really keeps your drinks hot – or cold, if that’s your thing – for a very long time. The only criticism I have is that it’s not as easy to drink out of as most mugs, because the rim is tapered inward slightly. But it’s really not that big a deal.
Great Great. The first one I got had a crack running up the side when I got it so I sent it back and the new one is great. Great smooth finish and the design does not wear off. Rubber top just slips on but has never come off when I didnt want it to. Has not chipped or anything after a year. Not so great at insulating, maybe a little better than a regular coffee mug
