Pepper’s plans go awry when a sorceress claims she can turn a witch into a toad—all she needs is a volunteer. But when the sorceress is murdered and the potion stolen, all Pepper wants is to stay out of it. She’s had enough of murders. Problem is, one of her relatives was transformed into a toad. With the potion missing, Pepper must act fast to find it before her family member is stuck living as a toad—forever.

Axel gets control. A sorceress witch is killed at the potion contest after she had successfully changed Betty into a toad. Of course the potion is stolen and Pepper and Axel have to try and finds the potion to save Betty from being a toad forever. Each step of the way was paved with fumbles and missteps. Excellent read that keeps your attention until the end.
Sweet As always , Amy gives us great complicated characters with enough problems to solve that weave an intricate story that is sure to make you go, whoa, didn’t see that coming. Love these characters, sugar bearð
Never disappoints. Another great win for the sweet tea witches, though it was definitely touch and go for awhile. 🙂
