A great introduction to tea! I have recently become more interested in tea so I found this book to be particularly interesting and timely. The explanations of the types of teas and the fact that they all come from the same bush was very enlightening. I am very fond of chai tea and the recipes for it in the book have encouraged me to try making it at home.I also appreciate that the recipes included the health benefits of each kind of tea. My secret santa loved it. Content wise My secret santa loved it. Content wise, my co-worker seems to enjoy it. When it came in though it felt really cheap to me. The paper is thick with a good sheen, but is the same type and feel that my hometown’s free local magazine issues once a month (that is larger and about as thick as this book), and I feel that is why it looked like I grabbed it from the free rack at the local store. A wonderful succint book on tea with recipes I loved thumbing through this book, learning about the basic benefits of the different types of tea. While not overly exhaustive, it is sufficient to entice the reader to try those varieties witn delicious and well presented recipes. These recipes also contain anecdotes on where they come from, how they are served, what is their main benefit.
