Wonderful, fun book all about tea! This is a great book with information, recipes and great ideas for ta-themed parties! I found the information about different types of tea and differences between high and low tea in testing. I really enjoyed the authors’ personal recollections about tea and their special loved ones! I really like how Kate Collins includes ideas about flowers for the different types of tea parties described.
