excellent book! so well-written!!i love the history in this book, i love how the images are in keeping with the victorian & edwardian times discussed in the book, & i love how the wording, grammar & writing style is also historically accurate to those times. hats are off to the author, she did an excellent job with the history, the tastefulness of her presentation and charm of her writing, not to mention the comfort of the topic. the recipes are wonderful-sounding (i did not try any but i likely…

A lovely little book I think this book was intentionally shrunk, it should be more substantial. It includes a good variety of recipes and descriptions of teas. There’s also some interesting tid-bits about tea history. Personally I liked it, tea at the Ritz is still to this day one of the top tea services in London. Teatime. Cheers!
