Almost perfect For the last 15 years + I have used Spode Jumbo cups daily, but these older ones are of much larger capacity than the newer Spode Jumbo cup reviewed here. Here are my comments on this model in no particular order:
One stop sipping! I love this huge cup and saucer. I bought a few and used some as containers for Christmas cookie presents. Filled with the goodies (holds lots of them) and wrapped in cellophane and a great bow, they made gorgeous gifts. Kept two for myself, and when I want a BIG cup of cappuccino this beautiful cup does the trick. No running back to the kitchen for a refill. Nice its fine — nothing really wrong with it — just weird that the cup is pleasantly thin but the saucer is very thick and heavy — it takes a bit to get used to
