A Quality product with A+ customer service! We were tired of our coffee getting cold before we finished it and have always liked clear glass coffee mugs. Comparable to Bodum cups. I broke one of my Bodum cups similar to this so I purchased a set of these instead. They hold heat as you would expect. The mug handle is actually the best part, it is large enough to fit a few fingers through which makes it easy to hold the cup multiple ways, even with large hands.
