I love these people! This is my 3rd order from Kitchables. I don’t know if there really is a Nick at their company, but whoever it is, he gives outstanding service. First, it is a great product. We have a morning ritual of making double lattes and walking to our gazebo (which is on a rushing river/waterfall) and enjoying the start of the day. Looks and Feels real good! Very NOT disappointing at all. This glass besides being beautifully clean and nice it also has the support of the company behind it. The care and help I needed how to handle it was met within a few hours when I contacted them. For some reason I was particular about how to handle this glass I adore so much with my daily hot drink every midday, I contacted the seller (who seems to be also the manufacturor – company) fully in charge of this, and they helped me.
