Every piece has been designed for cooking, serving and eating food � from the �gravy rim� on our plates to the space on our saucers for biscuits. Our tableware is made for real food, not just for show. It�s for sharing, for fingers, for chopsticks, for barbeques, for kitchens�you choose. Denby can handle itself in the busiest kitchens. From the smallest cup to the biggest casserole, all our pieces can be used with confidence in the microwave, dishwasher and freezer. We’ve got over 5000 glazes, all harder than steel. It’s taken us 180 years to get our glazes as flawless as they are, meaning our tableware washes more easily, but chips less easily. Denby is smashing stuff! Our tableware is really much harder to crack than other tableware. Each Denby piece is unique. It passes through 25 pairs of hands before reaching yours, including a test to make it as comfortable as possible to hold.

It Will Be The Odd Bowl We bought a set of these beautiful Denby Halo dishes at a department store. Unfortunately we recently broke a bowl, so ordered a replacement on Amazon as it was a lot cheaper. On the positive side, the bowl was very well wrapped and arrived safely. However the color is very different from our other bowls. Our department store bowls are all much darker with speckles, whereas the one we received is more white without as many pronounced speckles. I know bowls in this style have varying patterns,…
Right plates, wrong bowls I love this set but the bowls are not the ones shown in the picture. It comes with the wide soup bowls instead of the cereal bowls. I will be keeping it as the price was right.
Broken dishes I love the dishes but they don’t know how to package them. The first box was fine so I ordered another. The plates were all broken. I sent it back for a replacement. The second box also came broken and this time had different bowls than the first time. Very frustrating!
