I bought it for the size I am a big hot tea drinker and I usually use the insulated mugs. I wanted to try this because I do occasionally use loose tea, and thought what a great idea, and it is. However, when you drink from this mug that has brewing your tea, the mug gets too hot for the lips to drink. I like my tea very hot, but not the mug on the outside. I’ll be looking for an insert for my insulted mugs which are too wide to fit this infuser.
