Do you want a perfect cup of tea? We do. The Magisso Teacup makes enjoying tea nice and simple. Thanks to the triangle bottom, it is easy to adjust the strength of tea depending on your taste without making a mess. This is how you do it: Just tilt the Magisso Teacup so that the filter side of the cup is lower. Then place tea leaves into the filter, pour hot water until leaves are covered and let it steep for a while. By tilting the Magisso Teacup the other way, tea doesn’t get any stronger. Now tea is ready to be enjoyed while leaves in the strainer spread their natural fragrance.

Plastic I don’t know why, but I thought it was ceramic from looking at the picture. It is plastic, although it does feel well in the hand and is nice all the same. The form and function is unrivaled by any other tea cup. The strainer comes out for easy cleaning. I would not have bought this if I knew it was plastic, but I am glad I did.

Perfect … if you’re not a tea snob! The good: — I admit it. I am lazy. I would never use a tea pot in the office; it’s fragile, an extra item to clean, and wastes valuable desk space. So prior to finding this cup, I used tea bags and threw them out after each use. I wasn’t about to dirty a saucer so I could use a tea bag a second time – remember I’m lazy. Then came the Magisso tea cup to my rescue. I now can conveniently drink loose leaf tea with no hassle. And guess what, it still works great with tea bags! Place the tea bag…

A. Cohen says:

Wide mouth I bought three of these ingenious little teacups and gave one to my mom. She loves it like I do. If I had one reservation it’s that due to the design the mouth of the cup is quite wide, which means your tea will cool faster than in a normal teacup. That’s just a natural component of the design, so I’m not complaining and I’ll give it 5 stars.
