Disappointed Purchased in Jan. 2018 2nd review: top continues to be a very snug fit, very difficult in the removal. Can not challenge the 8 hour insulation temperature. Hasnât Changing a 4 Star to 3 for the Teal finished is wearing in unusual locations after the 3rd month very noticeable, even though I hand wash only with a soft cotton dish cloth.

Then when you want to take the lid … I noticed that some of the customers are complaining about the lid fitting too tight, and I just push the front down all the way and leave the back just barely inside the back of the cup, and this works great.Then when you want to take the lid off to refill or wash the cup, you just pull up on the back of the lid, and it comes off very easily for me.Just thought that I would pass this on, just do not put the back of the lid all the way down, because then it is really hard to get the…
Best travel mug I’ve ever used Best travel mug I’ve ever used. I wish the handle were slightly longer but that’s not a big deal. It says to hand-wash the mug but it’s been doing fine in the dishwasher. The coffee stays nice and hot all morning, and it’s bigger than a lot of other mugs out there, but not too big.
