The lid doesn’t sit well on the cup without the infuser. It’s a good-looking cup. It is of good quality. Also, the basket of the infuser is nice and deep. My number one issue is that the lid doesn’t fit on the cup without the infuser. It slides around completely. The grooves in the lid match the rim of the infuser. Cracked and leaked my tea all over the counter. ***update…the company was right on my review and promptly sent me a new mug. They felt it was possibly a defect. It was great customer service!! I hope that this mug stays true!I first used this mug as soon as it arrived and thought it was great. Works perfectly, as described This mug works exactly as described. The infused is large (nearly the same size as the mug itself), leaving plenty of room for the tea to infuse. The lid works perfectly for setting the infuser on after steeping, making it easier to use in my classroom.
