After six months– cracked, but good customer service and was issued a replacement! So I’m a huge fan of TEAFORTE, and had been using this for six months until one day the temperature change from pouring hot water into a cold mug cracked the top. A very nice tea cup with an easy to use infuser I got this for myself since I had previously bought another as a Christmas gift for my wife last year and she really liked it. Mine is the one on the right with the grey lines pattern.The first one we got has been very convenient to use as it is an all in one solution for tea making.This is not thermally insulated so heat from your beverage will translate to the outside of the cup but I found that it’s not unbearable to hold like other tea cups we used in the past.There’s no…
