OK, but suspect it is not a true vacuum insulated product… Am satisfied with the product for the price. Will work just fine for a Travel Mug, but I’ve little confidence that this mug will keep coffee hot like my vacuum products do. I can tell by the weight difference between the 2 as well so maybe more insulation is the key regarding her disappointment with Arrived in a timely manner but has a crack from the lid 1/2 way down the mug. It doesn’t leak so don’t see blaming that on my wife’s performance rating of 2 stars. She stated this mug kept her coffee warm/hot less than 1/2 the time of the other she’s been using. Good, But Not Perfect Mug keeps beverages cold all day. There is even some ice left at the end of a nine hour day. Hot beverages stay hot for awhile, but not that long. The screw on lid has positives and negatives. When it is screwed on, the opening is not where I would prefer so I could drink holding the handle, but I just hold it by the body.
