Great for coffee too! I needed a fast way to make a single cup of coffee, without using a Keurig. I use about a tablespoon of ground coffee in this, set it in my mug, pour boiling water over and let steep about 2-3 minutes. I’m sure some coffee purists probably balk at this thought, but I found using the same ground dark/espresso roast that it made a less acidic tasting brew than my coffee maker did.
