Disappointed I was really excited for these. They came in such cute colors and quality material. But the straining holes are too big and a significant amount of tea leaves we’re able to get through. Enough that I wouldn’t drink it. If you have broader leaf tea, this might work for you. But all of my teavana teas are too thin for this.

Seem Good I quit drinking coffee last year and started drinking tea instead. We are a pretty conscious household about generating unnecessary/non recyclable trash and don’t have composting available as an option to us. Generating 2 pieces of trash (the used teabag and wrapper) for every cup of tea I drink seems ridiculously wasteful to me so I want to build up a loose leaf tea collection instead and use reusable teabags. These seem to work fine as reusable teabags. I put 1 tsp of loose leaf tea in them…

Nice for Guests These are nice. The silicone is thick, and it holds up well. I think that they work best with thicker-cut loose leaves. I use the traditional Lipton loose leaf and some of it does fall through the holes. The bottom comes on-&-off easily, but it stays secure when the tea is steeping. It can be hard to get the leaves out of the bag after brewing. I use a combination of pulling the leaves out, using the sprayer on my sink, and sometimes loosening the leaves with the rounded end of a teaspoon…
