Steps to Cold Brew Coffee Greatness: 1. Fill the filter with coffee grounds. Dark roast Arabica ground to french press size works best. 2. Put filter in mason jar, fill with room temperature water, and cover with lid 3. Place the jar in the fridge for at least 12 hours. 4. After 12 hours dilute with cold or hot water, and flavour according to taste. (We suggest to try simply with hot water and a pinch of salt and enjoy the full coffee taste!)

Easy to clean This filter is working really well. I’ve been putting in a course grind, and am experiencing little to no “sediment” at the bottom of the jar. The kit came with filter and lid, which fit well on the wide mouth quart jars I already have. I’m thinking of getting a second filter so I have the brews constantly going and so I can share with others. Easy to clean, too. Very happy with product.
inexpensive and works perfectly If you love ice coffee this is the perfect way to make your own at home. I place the ‘brewster’ into a quart mason jar, and add 1/2 cup fresh ground coffee then slowly pour filtered water until the jar is full, put on the lid and let it sit for 24+ hours and you’ve got perfect coffee concentrate. add ice and you’re good to go. You can adjust the amount of coffee until you find the right strength for you.
A simple way to get great cold brew. I love this. So easy. Bring on summer! Made so much and very tasty.The instructions could be a bit more clear but I figured it out pretty quickly.
