HIC’s Snap-Style Heart Shaped Tea Infuser steeps a more robust and flavorful brew. Easy to use. Simply squeeze the handle to open the snap-style tea infuser. Fill halfway with loose leaf tea, allowing tea leaves ample room to fully expand, and release the handle. Place the Infuser into a cup and pour in just-boiled water. Steep tea no less than 3 minutes to release its essential oils and maximum the brewed infusion with aroma and flavor. Once tea is steeped to desired strength, remove the Tea Infuser and enjoy the freshly brewed cup of tea. Great for steeping all types of tea, including black tea, oolong tea, green tea, chai, chamomile and other herbal tea. Or use for mulling spices for cooking and baking, or make hot apple cider, spiced wine, and other drink recipes with mulled spices. Just fill the tea steeper with aromatic spices instead of loose tea. Made from 18/8 stainless steel, HIC’s Heart Shaped Tea Infuser is reusable. It’s easy to fill, empty and clean. Dishwasher safe. Ergonomically awful Good: Works, tight sealBad: no thumb grip so you can actually squeeze it, it just flops to one side or the other under your thumb, trying to squeeze it with a more full fist doesn’t work either, no leverage. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE ARTHRITIS, which I don’t, but I can only imagine because it’s already awful.Update: I hate this thing. Not only does it not fit in your hand and you can’t actually squeeze it but it locked up by getting one side stuck inside the other. Total junk

By the time it finishes steeping the infuser is full as the tea expanded and no loose floating specks and pieces in my cup. I am so happy with this one and have been using it daily, multiple cups per day. It is very easy to clean. I…

This model scoops the tea a little more easily because it does not have the wide edges like the mesh one that ALWAYS manage to have tea leaves sandwiched between them so it does not close tightly and bits…
