HIC Kitchen’s set of 2 Mesh Snap Ball Tea Infusers make it quick and easy to steep a fresh, more distinct and flavorful cup of loose leaf tea with the same ease and convenience as using store-bought tea bags. Simply squeeze the spring-action handle to open the snap ball. Fill it halfway (about 2-teaspoons) with loose tea to allow the tea leaves room to fully expand. Place the infuser, ball end down, into the cup and pour in hot water. Steep no less than 3 minutes to release the naturally occurring essential oils in tea and maximize the infusion with aroma and flavor. Once desired brew strength is achieved, remove the Infuser from the cup and discard the used tea leaves. Great for making mulled cider, too. Just fill the Infuser with mulling spices instead of tea. Made from 18/8 stainless steel, HIC Kitchen’s Mesh Snap Tea Infuser is reusable and more economical than using store-bought or single-use disposable tea bags. Compact to store away easily. Easy to fill and empty. Just rinse clean or pop it in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Set includes 2 Mesh Snap Ball tea infusers.

VERY POOR DESIGN CHEAP METAL! Very poorly made! This one of the worst strainers I’ve ever used. The metal is flimsy and both strainer arrived bent and crushed in the Amazon box! Very regretful of my purchase!

handy! I am trying to avoid using “tea bags: which I recently learned are made of paper and PLASTIC! Just what we need – boil plastic and eat it – no wonder American’s have so much cancer! So I bought this tea steeper. I like the fact that it opens by squeezing, not a screw cap. It is easy to use. It is appropriate for tea leaves, not the tea “dust” inside a tea bag – I found that out by cutting open a tea bad and pouring the tea dust into the steeper, only to watch half of it pass through the…
