A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER This item, though little, is great for making my iced tea. I have also put other things in there to flavor my tea, but you should really have a bigger one for things like fruit, etc. I have gotten many things from Amazon and have never had a problem with any of them. I use everything, like the tea infuser, belgium waffle maker, electric juicer, salad chopper (and I could go on) on a daily basis. Thanks for being there,Amazon. I have not a negative word to say.
