Good product and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I first received the product, I was honestly a little disappointed because I happened to get a defective one. My bottle came with a lid that wouldn’t open no matter how hard I tried. After several unsuccessful attempts, I gave up and directly contacted the company. And to my surprise, I heard back from Alan within a few minutes! He promised me to send me a new bottle, didn’t even ask me to return the defective one, and even shipped it with expedited shipping! Awesome bottle good quality I used several different brands before this one and none was to my liking so I was skeptical about this one. I tried it out and love it. I like to drink tea so I tried with some tea leafs with hot water. I purposely didn’t refill so I can see how long it can keep the water hot, after 9hrs at work my water is still nice and hot. The bottle fits nice and snug in my hand easy to hold and won’t slip. Good quality bottle for the price, makes a good gift.
