Great product and great customer service Great tea infuser. Easy to use, excellent quality. I was able to spoon the tea leaves into the silicone cup easily with no spills. Tea tastes great, and only a few little tea leaves came through the holes. They fell to the bottom in a few seconds though, so no problem there. Overall, very functional, nice-looking product for steeping your own tea leaves. Good customer service follow-up as well.
I have been on a quest to find that perfect tea infuser and I have to say this is it.
