Good but a little difficult to clean I use this at work when I’m running around and it keeps my tea warm if I have to run out for an hour or so. The little handle on the diffuser popped out a few times so I have to be a little careful with it, but it works as intended and the strainer is very fine – even with coffee I end up with very few particles in my drink. I tend to let the tea sit in there all day so it’s a little difficult to clean, but if you clean it right away (handwash) there’s no problem. The metal top does show a lot…

Nice Iâve had my Shey tea tumbler for 3 weeks now and use it every day. It keeps my tea warm. I use it with just the top strainer for infused tea.I did have some issues but Samantha was very helpful in resolving. It broke after 2 days (inside glass fell in) and she had a new one sent immediately. The cost is higher than some others but they stand behind their product. Amazon sent both in silver although I ordered gold. Not a reflection on seller or product.
