A highly effective tool I’ve been drinking loose tea for decades and I’ve found this to be an extremely efficient design for tea infusion. What this design has over the “spring type” shaped infusers is the hinge at the closure; its much wider and therefore more stable, giving less of an “overbite” and keeping the tea inside the spoon and not in your cup (of course that won’t make you tea readers out there very happy).
