Durable and work perfectly. While I am not a huge tea drinker, I do use tea infusers while cooking. Every Sunday (or football night) I make huge pot of beef soup and always put whole peppercorns inside to add flavor to the stock (mine is made from scratch). I love the taste, but dislike eating the actual peppercorns. I have used this tea infused to place my peppercorns in, and cook the soup for about 6 hours. Great Set of Tea Infusers These stainless steel tea infusers are so wonderful, and I am so grateful that I got these in exchange for a professional review. This is a great set of the classic stainless steel tea ball with fine mesh strainers. Being a 2″ diameter, there is plenty of room for a single serving of tea (1 teaspoon) or several teaspoons of tea to make a small pot. The fine mesh will not let tea leaves strain through, although I do get a little grit – not a bother.
