Cute Its size is a bit deceiving, it’s pretty small. It stands no taller than an average sized coffee cup. I haven’t used it yet so cant speak on taste of brew, but filled to bottom rim of basket (no leaves) it holds a bit more than 16 oz. It did dribble a bit upon pouring, but I wasn’t handling it as though it had hot tea in it either. The glaze is perfect, not one flaw, very nice. Very pretty teapot but its small… teapot arrived ahead of schedule in one piece. high marks for that. description says that it makes 1 to 2 cups of tea and states it is a 15oz. pot. I apparently focused on the 2 cup statement without doing the math. after you take the infuser with the tea leaves out, you are left with two TINY cups of tea. the teapot is adorable and comes in a nice variety of colors, but I needed to be able to make bigger cups of tea. Great product – excellent customer service GREAT TEAPOT. However, had a bad start with “Coffee Cakes”. Ordered this teapot and it had not arrived after 2 1/2 wks. Turned out the problem was the US Postal Serivce. Instead of being delivered to the US Virgin Islands, it was was sent to the British Virgin Islands and then sent to customs in Japan! Kay in Customer Services contacted me numerous times by phone and email to update me. She sent another teapot in the interim. Of course, both teapots arrived within days of each other…
