Great for some teas, not for others The description says it’s suitable for all types of tea, but that’s not really true. It works great for black and oolong teas, but rooibos tea just doesn’t work. The slits in the glass are tiny and fine sediment clogs them easily. In the case of rooibos, the all the slits clogged completely and immediately, so the infuser wouldn’t drain into the teapot. I let it sit for a good 10 minutes and only a few drips left the infuser, so I had to throw out the tea and clean the infuser.On…
Overall this is a very good product.highly recommend I love this beautiful tea pot and love the look of the teapot. I leave the strainer in when I drink my tea. I found that the lid does not get hot. It is perfect for two people to enjoy tea.It is cute ï¼easy to clean and durable for use.
Great Customer Service, Good Product The pot is absolutely adorable. It is definitely a small pot, but that is clearly described. I did have an issue with the pot; fortunately, the seller did their very best to make it right which is why I gave it 5 stars still. The product is good, I suppose the one I got was just faulty but great customer service is key and the most important factor for me.
