rusted after 2 years, warranty not honored I am posting this review with regard to a kettle I received. The kettle functioned quite nicely but began to show rust after approximately two years. The kettle surfaces are warranted through chantal for 5 years. I contacted chantal to request warranty service. Chantal requested I send them images of the kettle. I emailed them the images and then requested they confirm receipt of the images 2 times. They ceased communication after receiving the images, thereby refusing warranty service…
