Bad Product I have had many tea kettles in my life and never have I had one that rusted on the inside, so much so that the water poured out a dark rust color. To have a tea kettle that you can’t boil water in is ridiculous. I always heard Cuisinart products were good, but I was wrong. I wrote and called their Customer Service and got absolutely no satisfaction. I recommend NOT buying this product.

Michael Duggan says:

dangerous product Handle broke off, letting go of the pot. The weld failed. When discussing this with Cuisinart customer service, they were indifferent about the safety issue. Buy Cuisinart at your peril.

Empyreal says:

POS – we returned it Quality is no where worth the price. Your basic Chinese-made junk, well perhaps a bit above-average for such sourcing but still not a great unit. We returned it and bought an awesome one — looked like carved from billet aluminum — from Bloomingdales for $80 instead.
