Stopped working after 2 months. Nice Kettle but ours stopped working after only 2 months of normal use. It doe snot heat anymore. It’s unacceptable, for the price, I was expecting durability. Before that, it was fine.
Works great, with two minor annoyances Excellent granularity and range of temperature controls. Water surface is entirely glass except for the inside top of the kettle, which should only come into contact with water when it’s being poured in and out. Boiling water should never be that high up.Keep warm function works well, but I would prefer it to stay on longer. Great for all sorts of things such as water for ramen, and awesome for infused teas. Company that cares about your experience. We ordered one for Christmas for an avid tea drinker in the family and we love the product. Its great for infused teas, just boiling water for a cup of ramen, or a instant cup of joe. Love that the product is glass and easy to clean. We did unfortunately did get one that had couple of problems boiling over when left plugged in (when powered off) and then a few days later when we went to plug it in it would give us a “E2” reading and didn’t work.
