Tips：
1.When using for the first time, please clean this product in the following method: Fill the teapot with proper amount of water, but do not exceed the maximum water level(0.8L), and pour out the water after boiling. Repeat the operation twice.
2.Please keep water level is between minimum line and maximum line.
3.Be careful when pour boiling water or tea. When there is hot water in the teapot, do not open the lid in order to avoid burns.

No Plastic The last electric kettle I bought from JCP has a transparent zone made of plastic. Although they claim it is BPA free, there is always unpleasant plastic taste in the water. This kettle is 100% made of steel. There is no plastic taste at all. Make quality is decent, much better than the steel kettle my dad has. Goose neck is elegant and enables precise pouring. Heating is fast, just like any other electric kettles. Thermometer is a nice additional feature.
