I love making tea in the Raven kettle I love making tea in the Raven kettle. It is beautifully designed, functional, and just the right size for two people. The one downside, is that there is no whistle, indicating that the tea is boiling, so you do have to keep a close eye on the thermometer.
Overpriced but functional This is an attractive, small but functional stove top kettle. The volume is one liter, which is the exact volume to fill a regular french press. It doesn’t have a whistle to let you know when the water is boiling but rather a thermometer that lets you know the approximate temperature of the water for specific uses like ‘pour over coffee’ or high end whole leaf tea. While this stove top kettle works as expected I can’t find a reason it is so expensive. This is way overpriced for what you get…
Hip Little Kettle We love this little kettle. Itâs just perfect for making tea for two. The thermometer in the lid is pretty nifty and the inner strainer is very light and thin so you can actually lift it out with your fingers even though itâs been sitting in very hot water. This kettle replaces a very large heavy kettle that always used to spray boiling water over the stove. This is much better.
