Works great Works as it is supposed to. No problems with the glass so far and I like the metal infuser. My only complaint – and this is not that big a deal – is that I don’t like the flip lid design function even though it looks nice. My favorite tea pot I love this teapot. I have one of the thinner glass ones with the press-down plunger, and live in fear of breaking it. This one has quite substantially thicker glass; its FAR more durable. I gave this one to my girlfriend and she’s yet to break it (and that’s all I’m gonna say about that…).
