Meets needs. Wonderful pot. The stainless steel strainer is beautiful and filters out tea from teabags. Great for blooming teas or loose leaf. The stainless steel strainer comes with it’s own lid (the one pictured).
Great Gift for a Tea Fanatic This was a gift for my daughter who is a tea fanatic. She was hoping for a nice teapot for her blooming teas, but she also uses loose tea. This pot works for both. The price was very good. There may have been a design change: earlier reviews say that the lid does not fit over the infuser, but with our pot, the lid fits fine.
