This tea pot is beautiful and is exactly as pictured This tea pot is beautiful and is exactly as pictured. Unfortunately, after using it about 3-4 times, the spout cracked. It didn’t break, but cracked just enough so that the tea seeps through – basically hairline cracks. I used regular tea bags and poured boiling water into it (I did NOT heat it on the stove). I guess this tea pot cannot handle boiling hot water. Such a shame as this is really a lovely tea pot.
Very happy! I purchased this fall/winter of 2017 so it has been used for 4 months. It pours very well, cleans easily and is very attractive. We’re happy with it and are buying a second one for another family member.I tried to add a photo but couldn’t make it work. ð
FALSELY ADVERTISED It is almost half the size as advertised This is NOT 7.5 cups. The capacity is FOUR. I purchased this as a gift for a friend that loves to host tea parties. A FOUR cup teapot is NOT what I ordered. The teapot itself is beautiful.
