Got two sets! I got this kettle for myself to drink tea. I drink alot of loose leaf tea. So this set was perfect for me. I love the “all-in-one” type of set up. I got the blue one – loved it alot. Went back and bought the pink one as well.They ARE tiny though. But it is fine with me. I like my tea frehs so I don’t make alot anyways.It would be 100% 5 stars if the kettle would perfectly fit into a cup. It is noting big deal but it does not fit snug – it wobbles just a notch. Beautiful teapot set!!! Absolutely amazing! I have several fine china tea sets, steeping tea cups, etc. I do however feel this set in one of my favorite items. The one issue I have with the set is the diffuser that came with the teapot has larger holes which doesn’t work well with some loose leaf teas or at least the tea I used with the teapot. I had to put a small finer/smaller hole metal mesh diffuser inside the fine china diffuser to use with my loose teas to keep the tea clearer. I am sure tea bags might work so…
I really love the cup and saucer This is very pretty set, however the plain glass teapot is very thin compared to the all the other tea set elements. Also, not sure if this is a tempered glass pot or not, and because the glass is so thin, I fear if the water gets too hot that it could possibly shatter. It also does not fit well inside the cup and appears to wobble on top of it, when it is empty.
