Looks great and boils water really well. Unfortunately only lasted just less than 3 months and then stopped working Great looking. Water really gets hot. We purchased in Feb. The unit stopped working in early May. Apparently the return policy is around 30 days. And so now I have no kettle and no option but to return at my own expense for a partial refund. Such a pity. We really liked this kettle.Updated: See comment. Fixed issue.
I’m completely satisfied… but I was pretty sure I would be. I’ve used Melitta products for over twenty years. The coffee pots are wonderful, too. When they started selling kettles, I was one of the first in line and I haven’t been disappointed. The kettle I just bought was a replacement that I used everyday for over ten years…and always more than once a day. As you can see, I’m a fan of Melitta.
