The mix and match collection currently features around 30 individual floral and butterfly designs with the signature leaf motif border. This colorful dinnerware collection is complimented with a large range of bakeware, serving items and giftware. Botanic Garden has decorated homes all over the world for over 30 years. The teapot works beautifully with the traditional teacups and saucers, and romantic shaped sugar and creamer. There could be no better vessel for a reviving cup of tea than this traditionally shaped teapot from the Botanic Garden collection. The glazed earthenware keeps tea hot, and the generous capacity allows good water circulation to ensure a perfect brew. The pot’s curved sides are an ideal canvas for the bold wraparound floral design, and the domed lid is painted with a green leaf border and a cluster of butterflies.

More than 30 years ago the founder of Portmeirion Potteries was inspired by 19th-century botanical illustrations to create the Botanic Garden collection of tableware and cookware. Each piece is crafted from fine glazed earthenware and features highly detailed floral designs complemented by a simple border of green leaves to give the collection a coordinated look. Botanic Garden tableware is safe in the freezer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, but it should not be subjected to sudden changes in temperature. –Simon Leake
