Pour Over Coffee Like a Barista! This is the greatest little coffee kettle. We originally purchased this for an RV excursion so we did not have to drag a large coffee maker with us. We tested it a few times and liked it so much we are using it regularly at home for coffee as well as tea. The built-in thermometer takes the guess work out of coffee making. The smaller goose-neck spout makes pour-over a snap. We wash and dry after each use to keep it like new.
Nice product I’ve only had this kettle less than a week, but it seems well built and easy to use. The thermometer is surprisingly accurate. I’ve been using an electric kettle with a digital thermometer and then transferring to the coffee kettle, primariliy because the gooseneck allows me to make pour-overs more easily. Now I’m thinking I’ll just use this little kettle as a stove kettle, as I’ve grown to trust that thermometer. The only down side of this unit is, you have to always pour the excess water out…
