EXTREMELY SMALL but good quality The teapot itself is great, beautiful color, and well made. However I would not consider it a “2 cup” teapot. I am aware that a “cup of tea” is closer to 5 or 6 ounces verse 8 but for practical uses, I couldn’t see using this for more than 8 ounces of tea. At 10 ounces it was filled extremely full and very hard to move the pot without spilling tea everywhere.
Too small with a messy pour. I actually really like the look of this pot, but it’s way too small! I imagined it would fit 2 cups of tea in it, but my mugs are on the large side and I can only really get one cup of tea out of it. I think the 6 cup pot would be more like a “real” teapot. This one is dwarfed by the cozy. My daughter thought I bought this one for her dolls, just to give you a feel for the size. The second issue is that it has a very messy pour, and tends to splash tea on your clothing when pouring. I’m…
Personal size, it’s perfect!!!! Very cute!
