It rusts Ordered it and received the piece Feb 10, 2013. used it for 3 days. I see that it is now rusting on the metal mesh and other metal parts. This is utterly dissapointing. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TEAPOT.
Almost Perfect I love this pot, but I could love it even more. Rather than being a tea press, the filter mechanism is fixed to the lid, extending maybe 3/4 of an inch into the pot, when the lid is attached. The problem with this is that if you fill the pot to the top line, the filter mechanism is below the water surface, with some of the water coming up above the filter. (A full pot perfectly fills my 12 ounce mug.) I don’t mind pouring the finished tea through metal, but I would prefer not to have it…
