Disappointed I just got it today. The golden is truly gold, not yellow like it looks in the picture. Since the handle tilts automatically to one side to keep the spout closed during heating, I had to put it toward the end of our heating element on our electric stove to make sure the handle didn’t get inappropriately hot. As SOON as you lift the handle, the spout opens, steam comes out, so you need to be steady and ready to pour immediately. I searched for months before i picked this kettle. I’m…
