Warm Reminder:
For best heating performance, match up the burner size to that of the base of the kettle.
When adjusting the burner flame, be sure to not let the flame over the bottom of your kettle.
Open small or medium fire to protect the spout and the handle from being burned.
Fill the water under the max line to ensure the whistle works and prevent overflowing.
Do not leave an empty kettle on a hot burner or allow a kettle to boil dry. Hand washing recommended.

If water scale is formed, don’t worry, here is the way to remove it:
Boil water on medium heat.
Put 1 oz of food grade citric acid detergent in about 5-10 min.
Wipe the scale with a rag, rinse and dry.
