Tea for Two I did not pay attention to how many ounces this tea pot was, and it is huge. 48 oz is enough for about 6 cups of tea, and you will need more than 1 teabag per pot. I got the orange one, which is a very pretty color, and it is indeed a great tea pot. It is just too big for one person. If you want a lot of tea, or you are sharing with another, its the tea pot for you. If not, you should keep looking. Oh, and it pours quite nicely, thank you!
Lovely 3 cup microwave safe I adore this teapot! I drink a lot of tea, but I am the only one in my household so this teapot holds 3 perfect cups of hot tea just for me. I just pour some water in it, pop it in the microwave for 3 or 4 minutes and can pull it out of the microwave with my hand because of the stay cool handle. Perfect Christmas Gift I ordered this for my fiancée Christmas 2010. It arrived ahead of schedule (i.e. before Christmas Day!). She loves it and uses it frequently. I had hoped to find a classic colbalt-blue teapot and am so happy I made this purchase. I was surprised how much tea it holds and the lip on top lid helps it from falling off when you pour.
